Spontenaity
Do you ever have the energy, the spark to just be in the moment, to allow, to just do. NO thought...just allowing your inner essence to draw, to flow...to create...This is what happened in this little painting, and i learn through allowing my censorship to stay out of the way, to just be.
Life is like this i have found, we can control our life, we can try, we can say to ourselves..We will do this thing, but maybe inside we really dont feel this at all..perhaps..we feel an inner urge to do something quite different, or life is beckoning us to do something from our hearts. To live life in the present moment, to just be one with everything, in harmony, the past is in the past, it no longer serves us, the future has not happened, it is dependent on the NOW..what we are going to do now in the moment....
