Evolutionary Change

Change...many changes...evolutionary change. The process..can be arduous, but hang in there! Like this painting, the energy of change is upon us, it swirls through our bodies and creates harmony as it mingles with our energy of thought, feelings, and presence!
I have written something which i want to share with you, for you are extended family for me, and i treasure each and every one of you!!
This painting was created in 2011, I am happy to upload it into this collection!

    You all may be feeling out of sorts, and I too, have felt a little disconnected, sometimes I wonder if the ego is in total control of my being. You may also feel a little overwhelmed by your emotions, feelings, thoughts etc, but know that the baggage is lifting...or dropping out of your life..and everything is in a change mode. WE are feeling tired because we are really working very hard internally; subconsciously I feel to allow our stuff to leave us, to discard it once and for all. But this takes perseverance and lightness, which at times is hard to feel or to see. To live in joy, is the true essence of being one with you and one with the all, the connectedness of one to another...through the energy of light, and love…the energy of the cosmos, the lovely spiritual energy you are..within the human frame. The shedding of the baggage is like shedding many coats that have weighed us down for ever, and the time is at hand to take them off, ....
